Component Digitization Every individual part was captured using industrial 3D scanners, creating a complete digital archive of the engine's geometry. These scans were converted into precise 3D models, ensuring every component was perfectly reconstructed and ready for high-accuracy manufacturing.
Results
Physical Realization Using the digitized data, we utilized in-house 3D printing to produce the entire assembly. This integrated approach ensured a perfect mechanical fit based on the exact scanned data, resulting in a full-scale model that accurately represents the complex engineering of the original asset.
